Our Annual Training Plan consists of:

• Continuing education related to the specialization of each area .
• Annual training for the development of professional skills .
• We make it easier for our doctors to attend conferences
• Creation of new jobs, prioritizing the internal promotion of our workers.

We have an occupational risk prevention service , through which we train our workers and improve working conditions and measures every year, which are successfully audited and approved by our advisors.

We avoid any situation of inequality due to the social, personal or physical condition of our employees.

The Quality department has designed Oculis’ internal protocols to ensure that our professionals provide the best care to patients. These protocols were approved by a renowned medical team and are constantly updated.

Likewise, we comply with the provisions of the Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD) to guarantee the privacy and transparency of the information provided by and for the patient.

Our surgeries are performed in the best hospitals in Catalonia, which have the necessary protocols to guarantee patient safety throughout the entire process.

We are present in several towns in order to offer an accessible service to our patients.

We provide ophthalmological emergency service  24 hours a day , 365 days  a year.

We offer different contact channels : WhatsApp, telephone lines, emails, web, others.

We are present in different institutions carrying out specialized campaigns , such as glaucoma prevention . With this we promote eye health care and prevent different pathologies.

We partner with other companies to promote pediatric health checkups and good eye habits to prevent and detect early conditions.

We collaborate with children’s foundations promoting equal opportunities for all boys and girls. Every year we attend the charity dinner of the HM Obra Social Nens Foundation.

Every four months we welcome students and residents of the ophthalmology specialty to train and develop professionally with our medical team.

We have agreements with banks to provide the best financing to our patients so that the economy is not an impediment to taking care of eye health.

We care for the environment by promoting healthy behaviors such as recycling, digitalization of processes to go paperless, and the use of new energy-saving technologies, among others.
