Campaign to detect or prevent AMD (Age- Related Macular Degeneration)
As its name suggests, this pathology is a degeneration of the macular zone, which is the central part of our eye and is responsible for giving us good visual acuity and the detail of our vision. It causes a progressive decrease in visual acuity and is closely related to the age factor.
What do we review?
Preventive visual screening is carried out using optometric tests to rule out and identify suspected visual dysfunctions that may affect school performance. Refer them and treat them early.
